Job DescriptionDrive performance within the SPCPD team by setting clear expectations, promoting accountability, and supporting achievement of business objectives.
Lead multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring consistent delivery on time, within scope, and with strong stakeholder satisfaction.
Identify training gaps within the team and design and deliver development initiatives to enhance skills and performance.
Act as a customer and partner advocate, ensuring solutions meet or exceed expectations.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes, reduce time to revenue, and enhance implementation efficiency.
Maintain full ownership of project documentation, including project plans, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and meeting minutes.
Proactively identify and mitigate risks and blockers to ensure project success.
Ensure adherence to organizational project management best practices and support audit preparation and compliance activities.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and customers.
Facilitate workshops, manage stakeholder discussions, and confidently handle conflict resolution when required.
Mentor and support the development of less experienced team members, contributing to overall team capability growth.
Proven experience managing multiple complex projects in parallel within a structured delivery environment.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor team members.
Experience driving process improvements and operational efficiencies.
Certification in PRINCE2 or PMP (nice to have).
Six Sigma Green Belt (nice to have)

This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.
