· 3+ years of experience in learning experience or training operations, or program management in a corporate or SaaS environment.

· Demonstrated ability to build, scale, and optimize project processes that align with business objectives and drive efficiency.

· Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess business priorities, balance competing demands (i.e. budget, resources, timelines, stakeholder needs), and align learning experience projects with strategic goals.

· Excellent communication skills with a strong track record of working collaboratively across global teams, managing stakeholder needs effectively, and influencing without direct authority.

· Continuous learning mindset with a drive to self-develop, adapt, and stay informed on the latest learning experience trends and best practices.

· Proficient in using project management and data reporting tools (e.g. MS excel, Asana, Smartsheet etc.) and learning development authoring tools (e.g. Articulate 360).
