Responsibilities
- Own and evolve internal processes related to transactional monitoring, metrics, and escalation.
- Align cross-functional teams around common operational signals, thresholds, and decision-making frameworks.
- Drive clarity around ownership, responsibilities, and escalation paths across teams.
- Ensure that transactional metrics and alerts support timely and effective operational decisions.
- Coordinate cross-team response during payment-related incidents and support post-incident reviews.
- Establish and maintain governance practices for operational decision-making and risk management.
- Ensure internal processes are documented, repeatable, and scalable.
- Support the adoption and integration of data observability and analytics platforms from a process and governance perspective.
Experience and qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Program Manager, or Process Manager.
- Experience in fintech, payments, or similar high-volume transactional environments is preferred.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives across technical and non-technical teams.
- Strong understanding of operational risk, metrics, and escalation processes.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and drive alignment across stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
