Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Project Controls Commercial Analyst to join our Design & Construction (D&C) team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive commercial support and financial governance for assigned construction projects throughout the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region.You will join a high-performing Design & Construction team dedicated to delivering world-class infrastructure through collaborative project management and rigorous financial oversight.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
Execute end-to-center commercial project controls, including managing the end-to-end Purchase Order (PO) lifecycle, invoice reconciliation, and vendor payment processes to ensure timely project delivery and financial accuracy.
Collaborate with internal Finance, Accounts Payable, and Legal teams, as well as external cost management consultants, to onboard vendors and streamline communication across the project ecosystem.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards and policies by maintaining internal systems such as Oracle, Tririga, and Procore, while proactively managing audit queries and implementing continuous business process improvements.
What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
5+ years of experience in commercial controls specifically within the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of commercial management and data analysis software, including proficiency in Oracle, Tririga, Procore, and advanced Google Workbooks or Microsoft Excel.
Proven ability in analytical problem-solving, with the capacity to synthesize large data sets to identify financial trends and drivers that impact project outcomes.
A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field, and the legal authorization to work within the European Union.
