We’re looking for a highly detail-oriented Data Management Specialist to help us complete a time-sensitive data cleanup and management project. This role is ideal for someone who is highly accurate, catches inconsistencies, thinks critically, and can work independently with minimal training.

Key Responsibilities
- Review, clean, organize, and update data in HubSpot
- Verify records and identify missing, duplicate, or inconsistent information
- Review deals, contacts, and related data for accuracy
- Identify discrepancies and independently research errors
- Correct data issues and maintain accurate, consistent records
- Complete assigned data projects accurately and within deadlines
- Identify potential data problems and recommend solutions
- Work independently with minimal supervision
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM is required
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to identify discrepancies and independently research errors
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Proficiency with Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Strong follow-through and ability to see tasks through to completion
- Ability to prioritize deadlines and work independently with minimal supervision
- Proactive and takes ownership of assigned responsibilities
- Ability to learn new software and procedures quickly
- Highly organized and dependable
