About the role

JustGiving, a Blackbaud company, seeks a diligent Program Lead to manage key processes for partner and event organiser programs. Responsibilities include project management, due diligence, onboarding, finance management, reporting, and contract management for event and integration partners.

The role also involves managing non-contracted commercial partners, leveraging data to enhance partner performance, and collaborating with Product Marketing on Go to Market strategies and annual marketing plans. If you're an experienced event or project manager, join our team and help shape programs that grow the world of giving.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and evolve partner processes: due diligence, onboarding, finance, reporting, and contracts.

  • Lead cross-functional event and project management initiatives integrating B2B and B2C strategies to drive donation growth.

  • Act as point of contact for non-contracted commercial and event partners.

  • Use data to identify opportunities and improve partner performance.

  • Collaborate with Product Marketing on Go to Market strategies and annual plans.

  • Conduct market and competitor research to inform positioning and strategy.

  • Support event fundraising tracking, especially for DIY/Top Event initiatives.

  • Facilitate access to third-party reports and act as backup for SSRS reporting.

What we need from you

  • Experience in project management, event management , non-profit or digital fundraising

  • Strong understanding of process management and operational workflows

  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritise workload

  • Experience in managing both contracted and non-contracted partnerships

  • Proficiency in data analysis to drive insights and uncover opportunities

  • Market research and competitive analysis skills to identify new opportunities and understand market dynamics

  • Familiarity with third-party reporting tools and the ability to facilitate broader access to reports
