Job Responsibilities:
Education
- Bachelors degree in Related Field preferred or equivalent experience.
Experience/Special Knowledge/Skills
- Preferred ten (10) years supervisory experience in manufacturing and a proven ability to lead a team to meet customer expectations.
- Familiar with foam bun molding process, assembly processes, and related tooling.
- Strong communication skills: verbal, written, and technical presentations. Ability to manage customer communications.
- Demonstrated successful performance with independent and team problem solving, presentations, leadership, and coordinating and completing multiple tasks within and across departments to meet changing deadlines.
- Proficient skills utilizing word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications.
- Thorough understanding of business practices in the automotive industry.
- Demonstrated planning and system implementation
