As a Banking Book Product Owner - Associate in the Firmwide Finance Business Architecture team, you will drive large-scale infrastructure programs and business process changes. You will collaborate with a team of Product Owners to enhance data quality and reporting automation. Together, we will evolve our organization towards a globally consistent and usable data strategy.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Product Owners to implement changes outlined in the Book of Work.
- Manage the end-to-end software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.
- Interpret change demands and create user stories to enhance data quality.
- Engage with development teams to ensure business needs are met with technical specifications.
- Align delivery of changes with the scheduled deployment plan.
- Work with Lines of Business to strategically source data into a cloud-based architecture.
- Understand data flows and complexities related to Finance and Risk applications.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- 3+ years of financial services or related experience.
- Exposure to data analysis, change management, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Experience in planning and delivering results across multiple teams.
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, AWS Databricks, SQL.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and strong analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills to partner with managers and stakeholders.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Experience with cloud-based big data architecture.
- Knowledge of financial and management reporting strategies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
- Experience in program governance and change management practices.
