As a Product Owner II, you will be responsible for developing the software that collects and manages the battery life cycle data in accordance with the product roadmap. You will work with Product Managers, Business Leaders, and a cross-functional Scrum teams to deliver software to internal users and OEM and Dealership customers. You manage the overall effort to deliver software products, capabilities, services and enhancements using the strategic vision as well as established key performance indicators. You understand the functionality and determine the release sequence. You prioritize and maintain the product backlog and perform just-in-time story elaboration with the development team.

Compensation:
Compensation includes a base salary of $79,400.00 - $119,000.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

What You'll Do
- Support Release Train and scrum team(s) via product planning, sprint planning, defect prioritization, and product backlog refinement
- Assist in the prioritization and management of the backlog and implementation, ensure product execution meets strategy and requirements, and refine features into user stories and story acceptance criteria.
- Document Story details including workflow diagrams and wireframes to clearly define sprint work deliverables
- Communicate value delivery progress in meetings and sprint review
- Partner with Product Managers to understand and influence product strategy and roadmaps, aggregate and conceive ideas for enhancing product performance and achieving product success/KPIs.
- Partner with a scrum team to build, enhance and manage one or more products, capabilities or services.
- Facilitate solution optioning with Engineering.
- Coordinate with other Agile Product Managers to deliver on a vision that crosses multiple delivery streams or release trains.
- Partner with Sales and Process Engineering to design and confirm workflow requirements.
Who You Are
Education, Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 2 years' experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and up to 2 years' experience; or 6 years' experience in a related field
- Working knowledge/understanding of products that support manufacturing
- Demonstrated ability to translate data into quantifiable actions/deliverables
- Strong writing ability
- Work experience in design, development and implementation of product plans
- Working experience in full product lifecycle methodologies
- Experience working in EV Battery industry preferred
