The Role
Capco is seeking an experienced Asset Management Product Owner to support strategic change and product initiatives across the Wealth & Asset Management landscape. You’ll work closely with clients to shape and launch investment products, define operating models, and optimise business performance. What You’ll Do
Lead product and proposition design, implementation, and transformation engagements.
Support clients in developing target operating models, risk frameworks, and oversight structures.
Guide platform selection and integration across core operational, client, and data processes.
Drive regulatory change and help remediate operational inefficiencies or financial crime exposure.
Collaborate with internal teams on thought leadership, business development, and market research.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years’ experience in Asset Management product ownership or transformation roles.
Strong understanding of client and product lifecycles (onboarding, reporting, documentation, risk).
Experience designing and launching products across multiple asset classes and client types.
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks, outsourcing models, and risk controls.
Passion for delivering impactful, end-to-end change in complex environments.
Bonus Points For
Experience working with digital journeys, automation, or operational resilience initiatives.
Engagement in core platform implementations or enterprise architecture design.
Familiarity with Anti-Financial Crime frameworks or control remediation projects.
Prior involvement in business development or client proposal activities.
Qualifications such as PMP, Prince2, Lean Six Sigma, or IMC.
