Role Overview
We are on the hunt for a dynamic Product Marketing Manager who possesses significant experience in the blockchain space, with a proven track record of leading successful marketing initiatives and product launches. In this role, you will engage closely with our clients to distill complex product features into compelling unique selling propositions (USPs) that resonate across multiple marketing channels.
Your responsibilities will encompass the entire product lifecycle from conception to launch, creating strategic plans that facilitate the transition from minimal viable products (MVPs) to established market leaders. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of blockchain technology, digital assets, and the cryptocurrency landscape, and will leverage this knowledge to craft and execute marketing strategies that effectively convey our product's value propositions to selected audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and tactical plans that drive product uptake and investment, working collaboratively with marketing teams.
- Partner with Product teams to formulate USPs and maintain cohesive product messaging across all marketing materials and communications.
- Develop high-converting digital platforms that accurately represent our offerings, supplemented by detailed whitepapers.
- Educate the team on new products, simplifying complex ideas into actionable insights.
- Conduct thorough market research to define the total addressable market and produce growth forecasts; identify key customer personas in the purchasing journey.
- Analyze the competitive landscape to position Blockovate's clients strategically for optimal growth.
- Collaborate with design teams to create impactful brand identities.
Essential:
- Proven experience within a blockchain or cryptocurrency-related role.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with product development teams.
- Experience in working alongside technical development professionals.
- Strong grasp of key marketing channels, particularly in content marketing, social media, and performance analytics.
- Excellent analytical capabilities for measuring and interpreting data.
Desirable:
- Proficient in data analysis, with experience in establishing tracking systems and reports.
- Previous involvement in cryptocurrency Initial Coin Offerings (ICOs).
- Experience with website management and optimization.
- Strong process orientation and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies.

- £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, dependent on experience
