As Marketing Manager – Boxes & Bundles, you’ll:

  • Develop and implement bundle strategies, product positioning, and go-to-market plans across global marketing channels
  • Collaborate with trading, supply chain, and marketing teams to optimise product offering and operational processes
  • Conduct competitor analysis and demographic research to identify growth opportunities
  • Craft multi-channel product campaigns leveraging influencers, social commerce, and compelling product storytelling
  • Use data-driven insights to evaluate campaign performance and drive continuous optimisation
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, championing brand objectives and revenue growth

What skills and experience do I need for this role?

  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and commercial awareness
  • Experience or strong interest in e-commerce and digital marketing channels
  • Confident in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Highly flexible and solutions-focused, able to adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Organised with strong time-management skills
  • Interest in data, insights, and strategy
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, able to work both independently and within cross-functional teams
