Job Summary

  • Define and drive the roadmap for the Social Media Management (SMM) platform.
    • Identify user pain points, validate solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
    • Oversee the full product lifecycle: from discovery and research to launch and post-launch evaluation.
    • Analyze user feedback, usage metrics, and market trends to guide product decisions.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Define and prioritize product initiatives based on user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
    • Collaborate closely with design, engineering, marketing, and sales to deliver features.
    • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring high-quality releases.
    • Draft detailed product requirements, user stories, and documentation.
    • Establish and lead acceptance testing processes.
    • Contribute to the long-term product vision and strategy of the SMM platform.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in SaaS or B2B environments.
    • Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
    • Proven experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver successful products.
    • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Data-driven mindset; hands-on experience with analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics).
    Nice to have: Experience with social media technology or content management systems.

    Data-Informed Decisions – Proficient in leveraging metrics and usage data to inform feature development and prioritization.
