All about the role:
The Product Manager is responsible for the business management of a product group and its commercial success. This requires implementing the Product Management strategies within the specific country within Commercial Area West (UK/Ireland & Benelux), proposing commercial decisions that support the strategy whilst showing agility with daily tactical decisions, that profitably grow our market share and ensure the consumer is kept front of mind at all times. This involves collaborating locally across the commercial triangle of Product Management, Sales & Marketing to bring our propositions to market and centrally to ensure we develop new products and ranges that match the local market.
What you'll do:

Align business strategy with product strategy to achieve key metrics (volume, net sales, market share, profitability).

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product Management teams to execute product strategy and support sales through range planning and customer presentations.

Conduct ongoing market analysis, including benchmarking, pricing reviews, and new product insights. Share findings with stakeholders.

Develop business cases for product opportunities and evaluate central product management propositions for market suitability.

Plan and execute product launches, including pricing, distribution, and promotional plans.

Manage product profitability through pricing and promotion decisions, owning the business case for performance.

Provide product marketing insights on key differentiators and consumer benefits; support Sales with training priorities.

Oversee all aspects of in-life products, including customer feedback and issue resolution.
Qualifications:
-
Previous experience within a commercial, consumer goods company
-
Proven experience in Product Development or related field (e. g. Marketing, Sales)

Product knowledge of large kitchen appliances would be advantageous
-
Proven analytical skills, strong intellectual curiosity with business acumen and commercial vision in mind

Ability to demonstrate collaboration at all levels both externally & internally and manage expectations

Show agility, being open to new opportunities and adaptable to changing priorities

Customer & consumer focussed, with a passionate commitment to improving business performance

This is an office-based position working from our Luton office. Hybrid working options are available.
