We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our product team at Hosting.com and other World Host Group Brands, a growing and fast-moving web hosting provider. The role is focused primarily on domain names, with additional responsibilities across email products and SSL certificates.
You will manage key products that are fundamental to our customer experience, working closely with the domains team, including the Head of Domains Operations, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure strong commercial performance, smooth delivery, and continuous improvement across all product lines.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the domain product portfolio: Oversee lifecycle management, pricing, provisioning logic, TLD expansion, and commercial performance of a high-volume domain portfolio.
  • Introduce new domain add-ons: Identify and implement value-adding features and services that enhance the domain offering and meet evolving customer needs.
  • Build and maintain registrar and registry relationships: Act as the primary product liaison and escalation point for domain-related matters.
  • Drive improvements in domain-related processes: Identify pain points and implement scalable solutions, with a focus on reliability, automation, and compliance (ICANN, registry requirements).
  • Manage our email product line: Work with internal stakeholders to enhance functionality, usability, and competitiveness of email services.
  • Support SSL product performance: Ensure timely certificate provisioning and assist in resolving related customer or technical issues.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with teams across support, product marketing, engineering, and finance to align on product initiatives and launch campaigns or feature improvements.
  • Monitor industry trends: Stay informed on developments in domain, email, and certificate markets to identify opportunities or risks.
  • Reporting & analytics: Track key product KPIs, maintain accurate data, and support reporting requirements across teams.

What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in the domain name industry—at a registrar, reseller, registry, or related provider.
  • Strong understanding of DNS, domain provisioning flows, and ICANN compliance frameworks.
  • Familiarity with email products and the hosting ecosystem
  • Bonus: Knowledge of SSL products and their use within shared or managed hosting environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills; comfortable working cross-functionally.
  • Quick self-learner: Able to rapidly understand internal systems, processes, and product landscape and adapt to changes quickly
  • Hands-on mindset with ability to switch between operational tasks and strategic thinking.

The Role
  • Start Date: September 2025
  • Location: Remote (European hours)
  • Team: Reports to the Head of Product Management and Domains, working in close collaboration with the Head of Domains Operations, and broader commercial and product teams at Hosting.com.
