Job Description
JPMorgan Chase is leading the way in Intelligent Solutions technology, transforming business processes and enhancing client service through automation. The firm has rapidly integrated third-party technologies like UiPath and Pega to automate tasks, and the Intelligent Solutions Technology Product Line ensures these tools are used securely and consistently. We are seeking a Product Delivery Manager to join the Workflow Automation Product team, shaping the future of product delivery and improving customer experiences. In this role, you will lead processes, manage dependencies, and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize product delivery across the firm.
As the Product Delivery Manager within the Workflow Automation Product team, you will lead end-to-end processes, manage dependencies, and liaise with stakeholders.
Job responsibilities
  • Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, migrations, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination
  • Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
  • Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners
  • Expertise in product delivery and program management

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities
  • Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes
  • Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies
  • Experience managing large technology products and migrations

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Proficient knowledge in UiPath, Automation Anywhere , Pega or Power Automate
  • Experience in Agile tools and methodologies
  • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
