As a Product Management Director within the Employee Core Data Applications team, you will be responsible for building, coaching, and managing a team of product managers. Your team will oversee applications and systems of record that house core employee data, including profiles, documents, and data quality management capabilities. You will collaborate closely with functional domain leads and technical stakeholders to promote measurable improvements and support the firm's strategic objectives.

Job Responsibilities
- Attract, manage, and develop a team of product managers.
- Partner with engineering, operations, and function leadership to craft and execute roadmaps for agile scrum teams.
- Set and drive metrics via technology enhancements that are strategically relevant to JPMC.
- Lead the organizational evolution toward Product, focusing on landing outcomes rather than launching features.
- Oversee product innovation processes, manage change activities, ensure regulatory compliance, and boost efficiency.
- Develop insightful reporting, focusing on drivers and understanding context to inform next steps.
- Demonstrate strong ability to influence outcomes and get the best from people.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Extensive product leadership experience.
- Articulate a vision that attracts, excites, and retains excellent product managers.
- Set metrics and objectives for product managers that drive commercial value.
- Drive adoption of discovery-oriented product management practices.
- Attract, coach, and grow product managers on your team.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative discovery to uncover opportunities.
- Experience partnering with engineering to impart empathy for end-users.
- Manage to metrics, organizing a team around understanding drivers of a metric.
- Empathy and ability to influence collaboratively.

- Experience with entitlements or governance systems.
- Experience in human capital management systems.
- Demonstrated success deploying/adopting AI capabilities.
