Position Title: Process Equipment Module Owner
Position Type: Temporary - Full-Time
Position Location: Eschborn

We are looking for our Process Equipment Module Owner 1 & 2 M/F/X for our Greenfield Project in Germany. You will be responsible for the design, budgeting, construction, and commissioning support for the modules as assigned.
This is a remote role for the first months, where you will be working from home. Afterwards you will work on site with the project team. You will report to the Engineering Lead for the Greenfield project. Join this exciting assignment for two years.
Key responsibilities:
  • You design the development and the verifications.
  • You are responsible for budget development.
  • You develop the schedule.
  • You are the point of contact for outside consultants and other McCain team members.
  • You identify risks and opportunities within your modules as they fit into the overall project.

Qualifications:
  • You have in-depth knowledge of process equipment technology, including equipment operation and maintenance.
  • You are experienced in integrating various process equipment into a cohesive production system.
  • You can create and manage detailed project plans and schedules.
  • You are experienced in creating and monitoring budgets.
  • You are experienced in leading and coordinating installation teams and maintenance personnel.
  • You have strong communication skills to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.
  • You can solve complex technical problems related to processing equipment.
  • You are creative in developing new solutions and process improvements.
  • Knowledge of the specific requirements and challenges in food production is an advantage
  • You understand relevant regulations and standards in process equipment and quality management.
  • You are experienced with CAD to plan and design process equipment.
  • You have knowledge of using monitoring and analysis software to monitor equipment performance.
