Job Summary:

Create a strategic operations vision and implement across biz lines while driving delivery of cross functional complex projects with minimal defect rates; implement and track continous operational improvements while preserving the security and integrity of our customer’s data.

Job Summary:

  • Create Vision, Strategy, and Roadmap for Cross-Functional Operations (with metrics). Implement Strategy and Vision across Biz Lines. Provide Monthly updates on the Roadmap (metrics-driven).

  • Manage the execution and deployment of multiple Products across business lines. This includes managing project schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risks.

  • Work closely with engineers and designers to define product requirements, specifications, and user stories. Help break down complex problems into actionable roadmaps and tasks. Ensure identity products meet security, privacy, and compliance standards.

  • Work with legal and policy teams to interpret and build requirements into the products. Help define key performance indicators and success metrics for SDLC and Scrums.

  • Track progress and optimize as needed. Manage relationships with key technology and platform partners. Work to align roadmaps and ensure interoperability.

  • Communicate status, risks, and critical decisions to senior managers and executives. Escalate issues as needed to unblock teams.

  • Implement and drive Gen AI based efficiencies into engineering operations

  • Be data driven, Define and measure improvements in development processes to increase the organization's efficiency, quality, agility, and identity.

  • Mentor and coach team members. Guide career development and help resolve any issues.

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (Technical field preferred).

  • 10+ years of relevant work experience.

  • Ability to create project plans independently, analyze metrics on Google Sheets / JIRA, etc.

  • Hands-on experience with SDLC /working with engineering teams; excellent communication skills to articulate engineering/business problems across teams

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience with one or more project management methodologies (agile, waterfall, etc.) and using tools like JIRA

  • Experience working with both onshore and offshore teams, and distributed teams in general

  • Experience working in a regulated environment (compliance with security standards such as ISO 27001, HIPAA, others)

  • Experience working in a similar technical environment as Socure (SaaS on public cloud, heavily data driven and machine learning driven projects, critical security requirements)

  • Experience with software development best practice and microservice architecture

  • 10+ years of practical experience in program management , Scrum Master role

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills, capable of leading teams and team leaders to consensus to drive initiatives forward

  • Experience with using Gen AI tools for productivity improvements
