* Job Summary:
* Join our team as a Principal Learning Architect and lead the creation of transformative learning experiences. Collaborate with and serve as consultant to internal teams, clients, and experts to design and develop innovative curriculum that showcases product features and benefits. Utilize cutting-edge instructional design methodologies to create engaging and impactful learning solutions. Partner with technical product trainers to continuously improve course content based on feedback and best practices. Be a part of a dynamic team dedicated to revolutionizing education and driving user success.
* What you will do:
* • Serves as a technical Subject Matter Expert in Program Definitions and Job Task Analysis workshops to define blueprints for courses. Labs, range exercises and exams. • Interfaces with CDW Sales and Delivery teams to consult on the development and roll out of client facing job training and enablement offerings. • Specify, design, document, publicize, assure quality, and create: customized learning paths, enablement, and resources across all aspects of the CDW portfolio to reach specialized audiences. • Improve the experience, quality, and ongoing creation of technical content. • Leads conversations with customers, partners and SMEs to translate technical outcomes, skills and abilities into curriculum and assessment specifications. • Employs e-learning design and development experience to include new reinforcement activities such as game-based learning, simulations and immersive scenarios requiring multiple branching elements in developed paths of instruction. • Leads research in emerging learning trends and training effectiveness. • Leads company-wide projects - owning and managing the overall content and vision of the project. • Leads and influences internal stakeholders, subject matter experts, and other required resources in high-impact development efforts. • Oversees the individual development projects outcomes to ensure they align to the larger program's objectives. • Works closely with customers, partners, and SMEs to translate technical outcomes, skills and abilities into curriculum and assessment specifications. • Evaluates project outputs to assess effectiveness and impact. • Delivers projects and all deliverables with accuracy and provide error-free and accurate material. • Manages several tasks, project deliverables, efficiently and on time, with accuracy to details. • Evaluates projects to assess learning effectiveness and client outcome impact. • Leads and drives large paths of instruction projects to completion. • Owns a single program of study. • Exhibits strong leadership, interpersonal, and communications skills, and the ability to design and implement change. • Consults with internal stakeholders, partners, and clients to align programs' learning outcomes to their expectations and required results.
* What we expect of you:
* Master's Degree or equivalent work experience.
* 4 or more years combined experience as a CDW Instructional Designer or learning architect or 4 or more years as a Cyber Security Learning Architect. 5 or more years project management experience.
* Strong knowledge and experience applying learning theories and instructional design models to the development of client facing technical training.
* Strong history of consulting with internal and external clients.
* Technical Instructor Led lesson and curriculum planning experience and skills.
* Technical Instructor Led curriculum blueprinting and storyboarding experience and skills.
* Mastery of MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and Adobe Acrobat/Acrobat DC.
* Experience with Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, or comparable e-learning design tool, in creating training content is a plus.
* Basic web development knowledge.
* Visual and layout design skills (InDesign, Photoshop, etc.) and ability to storyboard. Pay range: $122,730 - $173,600, depending on experience and skill set Annual bonus target of 10% subject to terms and conditions of plan Benefits overview: https://cdw.benefit-info.com/ Salary ranges may be subject to geographic differentials
