This role is about: 

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic POS Growth Specialist to join our diverse and passionate sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to drive the growth of our point-of-sale (POS) solutions by identifying prospects and acquiring new customers, helping to expand our market share. The ideal candidate will bring high energy, a passion for networking, and thrive in a hands-on sales environment.

You will: 

  • Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy to promote and increase the adoption of payabl.'s POS solutions across various industries and business sizes.
  • Identify new business opportunities and actively prospect potential clients through market research, networking, and attending relevant industry events.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective clients by understanding their business needs and presenting customized POS solutions.
  • Conduct on-site visits and product demonstrations to effectively showcase the benefits and features of payabl.'s POS systems to prospective customers.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead qualification to closing deals, ensuring all sales activities are accurately recorded in the CRM system and pipeline goals are met.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, technical support, and client success, to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of POS solutions.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adapt strategies as necessary.

What we need:

  • Proven experience in a sales role, ideally within the payment solutions or POS industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to present technical products in a simple, compelling way.
  • Results-driven, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to organize and conduct in-person client visits on a regular basis.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (such as HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales pipeline management.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Fluency in English is required. Greek and Russian are a plus.
