Responsibilities

Identify and prioritize high-potential target clients across relevant categories.

Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet or exceed revenue targets through the sale of Yahoo DSP on a managed or self serve basis.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, from prospecting to contract execution and beyond

Develop deep knowledge of the vertical/industry, including trends, challenges and key players

Create and present proposals that address the client’s specific business objectives and marketing challenges

Collaborate closely with the product and marketing teams to ensure that bespoke ad solutions are tailored to meet the client’s needs
Desired Skills and Experience

Strong digital sales experience in the advertising industry, with a focus on direct sales

Deep understanding of the relevant industry/vertical, including the ability to speak knowledgeably about market trends, regulatory developments and client challenges

Strong track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets

Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and develop compelling proposals

Experience presenting to existing and prospective clients

Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple client relationships and opportunities
