Job Description

Role Overview

This individual contributor role offers a unique opportunity to learn from experts in the HR Information System and performance space and apply your expertise to develop exciting performance and talent solutions. You will collaborate closely with Talent Partners to position Wise as a top destination for talent.

About You

If you have experience in performance and talent management, HR generalist or as a people partner—especially in high-growth environments—we want to hear from you. You're a natural connector, always looking to enhance processes, and your communication, problem-solving, and project management skills are top-notch. You know how to implement HR initiatives with excellence, and you're eager to learn and grow in ways that truly resonate with the Wise mission.

Your Mission:

  • Solution Design: Experience in deploying and refining scalable performance and talent management solutions, such as performance reviews, succession planning, and career development.

  • Information Systems: Oversee the management of performance and talent tools in Workday including Goal setting, 360 feedback, development plans, ensuring best practices for optimal process efficiency.

  • People Organisation & Development: Design and implement learning and onboarding solutions focused on performance and talent management.

  • Project & Change Management: Lead dynamic (small - medium) performance and talent projects from analysis to delivery. 

  • Communication: Craft innovative communication strategies to effectively engage the organization in performance and talent management initiatives.

  • Collaboration: Build strong relationships with Talent Partners and key stakeholders, serving as a trusted adviser on performance and talent processes.

  • Talent Analytics: Drive informed talent decisions through regular analysis of performance and talent data.

  • Process Improvement: Enhance processes by analysing trends, gathering user feedback, and utilising technology and AI to eliminate inefficiencies.

  • Work with a global team of over 125 nationalities, fostering an inclusive environment where everyone can bring their true selves to work.

  • Adopt a consultative approach combining creative, analytical, and problem-solving skills to provide optimal and effective solutions.

  • Be a self-starter who spots challenges and opportunities early, finding solutions proactively.

  • You’re not afraid of rolling up your sleeves to make delivery happen while still being able to think big picture.

  • Be open to feedback and committed to continuous personal and professional growth.
