Role Purpose
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager (Mid-Level) with a strong data-driven mindset and passion for measurable results.
The primary purpose of this role is to design, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns to maximize efficiency (ROI / ROAS), aligned with each client’s strategy and business objectives.
The successful candidate will support and execute multi-channel performance campaigns while actively contributing to strategic planning and continuous optimization.
Direct Reporting Line: Performance Marketing Director / Senior Performance Marketing Manager
Requirements
- Manage and optimize campaigns across: Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Facebook Ads / Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, Programmatic platforms
- Develop and execute multi-channel performance strategies in collaboration with the Senior Performance Marketing Manager
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns based on KPIs and client feedback
- Prepare monthly and ad-hoc performance reports using: Google Analytics, Other data analytics platforms (e.g., Smart Pixel, Social Analytics, etc.), Set up and maintain goal tracking systems
- Accurately log time spent on tasks in Wrike
- Ensure deadlines are met and proactively inform the Performance Director / Senior Performance Marketing Manager / Account Lead if timelines are at risk
- Present campaign performance results to the Account Lead
- Communicate directly with clients to gather feedback and adjust strategies accordingly
- Collaborate closely with Account and Creative teams to deliver integrated campaign results
- Maintain and renew professional certifications (Google, Meta, Programmatic, Analytics, etc.)
- 4–6 years of experience in a performance marketing role
- Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Client-focused approach
- Google / Meta / Analytics certifications are considered a strong advantage
