Why be a Senior Performance Marketing Manager at THG Beauty? 

The Regional Performance Manager is responsible for delivering regional performance outcomes, ensuring budgets, forecasts and in-month decisions align to global strategy while reflecting local market realities. 

This role owns how global investment strategy lands regionally, translating direction into accurate forecasting, confident reforecasting and clear recommendations. 

As Performance Marketing Manager you’ll: 

Key Responsibilities

Regional Forecasting & Performance Management

  • Own regional forecasting across revenue, spend and COS
  • Lead in-month reforecasting based on actualised performance
  • Identify risks and opportunities early
  • Maintain confidence and clarity in regional outlooks
  • Maintain a clear understanding of how budget is spent across channels e.g. network, campaign, funnel level.

Performance Insight & Recommendations

  • Analyse performance across channels and categories
  • Recommend budget shifts and trade-offs to improve outcomes
  • Highlight inefficiencies or over-dependence on specific channels
  • Feed regional insight into global decision-making

Category, Launch & BAU Performance

  • Own performance view of priority categories and launches
  • Ensure launches are forecasted accurately and reviewed post-launch
  • Maintain always-on performance discipline across BAU activity

Collaboration with Activation & Ecommerce

  • Work closely with Activation on campaign and launch planning
  • Partner with Ecommerce to align performance metrics with trading goals
  • Ensure regional performance plans are executable and realistic

Reporting & Communication

  • Provide clear, concise regional performance updates
  • Escalate risks with context and options, not problems
  • Support senior stakeholders with confident performance narratives
