  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

  • Able to rigorously and systematically formalize hypotheses

  • Able to anticipate blockers and proactively move projects along at pace with multiple people

What You'll be Working On:
  • Manage day-to-day operations of Google Ads campaigns including search, display, and video

  • Create and execute paid social campaigns across platforms like Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok

  • Write engaging ad copy and develop creative concepts for both search and social campaigns

  • Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations to improve ROI

  • Perform keyword research and implement strategic bidding approaches

  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights

  • Create comprehensive performance reports with clear recommendations

  • Stay current with platform updates and emerging best practices

  • Collaborate with the broader marketing team on integrated campaigns

  • Assist with budget management and forecasting

Package, Perks & Benefits

  • 26 days annual leave + 3 personal days per year

  • Access to an annual Learning & Development budget to grow your skills.

  • Pension contribution

  • Doggo friendly offices

  • Bi-yearly performance-based bonus

  • Onboarding home-office package to set you up for success

  • Office socials and the opportunity to attend our annual company-wide offsite events
