You will be a trusted partner to managers to drive strategic growth and will coach and challenge them to drive workforce performance, providing support in areas of talent, employee engagement and change management. You will support MSC Finance and MEU FP&A and partner with senior HR People leaders to interpret and find solutions to address business requirements.
How you will contribute
You will:
  • Support and partner with the People Lead Functions MEU on the definition and execution of regional change initiatives and understand the impacts of the changes planned
  • Partner with function leads and middle managers to collaborate on creating and delivering the functional priorities and plan, providing strategic guidance
  • Leverage data analytics in driving business solutions and decisions and support with the delivery of operational processes and leverage insights and data and translate into actionable plans to impact the bottom line and enable business strategy.
  • Lead and advise on talent management practices within assigned Function related to workforce planning, talent acquisition strategy planning, leadership development, employee development, career and succession planning and talent mobility, approving job requisitions
  • Build end-to-end capabilities that accelerate consumer-centric growth and operational excellence
  • Consult on overhead management

In return for your commitment, drive and enthusiasm, we offer salary starting from 3.200€ plus annual bonus payment based on your performance. The final offer will depend on the skills and previous experience of the candidate. We also offer top attractive benefits.
