  • HRIS ownership and execution – onboarding through to offboarding and entire employee lifecycle updates, documentation, reporting, workflows/people ops processes.
  • Day to day vendor management – issues, questions, processing, approving invoices
  • Recruitment administration and support with coordination, partnering, execution and reporting.
  • Managing compliance with ISO and GDPR from a people team perspective.
  • Coordinating payroll input and compliance for all payrolls (UK, US and international through employer of record partners)
Requirements

Who you are:

  • You uphold the highest ethical standards in all interactions and demonstrate discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • You are systematic, thorough and detail-oriented, ensuring compliance and risk management remains a consistent priority in our people operations processes.
  • You enjoy working in a small people team that supports employees in both the UK and US.

What We Do

Panaseer is an enterprise cybersecurity automation and data analytics company that helps organisations stop preventable breaches by ensuring security controls are fully deployed and working effectively — maximising their security investments and resources.

Control failures are the biggest problem in cybersecurity, with 79% of organisations admitting to being surprised by a security event that evaded existing controls. Panaseer’s Continuous Controls Monitoring platform gives a complete, trusted view of security controls, with metrics and measures guidance aligned to best practice frameworks that improve collaboration and prioritisation.
With $262 billion spent on cybersecurity tools in 2021, CCM means organisations can do more for less by getting the most out of their existing security investments.
