As a P&C Business Partner Manager supporting Employer Solutions leaders, you play a pivotal role as a trusted advisor, consultant, change agent, and coach. Collaborating closely with leaders, you develop and implement strategies addressing business needs while spearheading the execution of the People Plan. Engaging in daily business conversations, you empower leaders to manage change, cultivate team growth, and foster a highly engaged workplace.

Proactively partner with leaders to identify people issues or organizational design challenges and provide advice and expertise to help develop creative solutions

Liaise with Centres of Excellence (CoE) to provide timely and constructive feedback to help drive the evolution of business unit programs and solutions

Foster a continuous improvement mindset, continually looks for opportunities to increase the return of investment (ROI) of people programs and ways to improve the team member experience

Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders by presenting multiple perspectives and challenging the status quo to expand their capabilities

Support the business through integration planning and execution phases related to P&C or recent acquisitions
