About You:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven People & Culture Partner to join our dynamic People team. This role is a great opportunity for someone in the early stages of their people partnering journey looking to join and grow with a fast-scaling tech scale-up.. Working with our UK People Director, you'll support Bobbers across our Go To Market village (including sales, marketing, customer growth and Customer Success) and partner closely with people leaders across a number of these functions.
You are excited to partner with and advise our people leaders and are equally passionate about building and running the process, policies and ways of working that underpin a truly exceptional people experience. You're flexible, curious and enthusiastic, able to operate at speed and take real ownership for what you do. You recognise the impact you can have in a progressive HR native company, and bring a fresh perspective to building people practices.

Job Requirements

  • In a fast-scaling start-up, you'll be comfortable having strategic conversations one minute - and being super hands on and in the detail the next
  • You bring a growth mindset, are solutions-focussed and able to prioritise effectively
  • Some experience partnering with people leaders to build high performing teams
  • Demonstrable experience with employee relations, and strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and UK employment legislation.
  • Strong track record in UK People Operations/Experience, using tech and HRIS to build progressive, automated processes and employee experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passionate about building a progressive and engaging workplace culture.
  • Data-driven with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
