What’s the role about?
As part of our People Department, you will be joining as our People Administrator and be responsible for ensuring that our people processes run smoothly and efficiently for our retail stores. You will support all stages of the employee lifecycle, as well as maintaining our records and provide reporting. This role is pivotal to maintaining compliance, enhancing the employee experience and fostering a positive culture at Reiss.
Who you are
- You will have previous administrative experience, preferably within Human Resources.
- Excellent time management skills and able to work to deadlines.
- Ability to suggest process improvements and challenge the normal ways of working.
- Excellent IT skills and proficient in using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Proven ability to work autonomously, asking for support and escalating issues appropriately.
- Ability to perform under pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
- Self-motivated and team oriented.
What you’ll be doing
- Support with the delivery of all cyclical people tasks such as time and attendance tracking, annual leave and performance reviews.
- Create a ‘Centre of Administrative Excellence’, ensuring all People records within the employee lifecycle are accurate & up to date – including starters, leavers, changes and right to work documentation across e-files and SuccessFactors.
- Managing exit interview process, sending by email to leavers and in-person meetings with managers.
- First point of contact in relation to administration queries e.g. starters, payroll number allocation.
- Prepare ad hoc reports as required such as holiday and absence reporting, headcount information, turnover and more
- Contribute to the creation of training materials and support with training administration.
- Work with the People Partner’s to support on key projects in support of the People Plan, working cross functionally to ensure a global approach.
- Provide ad hoc support to a range of project topics including reward & recognition, ED&I, engagement, wellbeing, compliance.
- Take the lead on administration related projects such as right to work audits and how to guides.
