The Role
As a Partnership & Alliance Lead, you will play a central role in orchestrating and executing Capco’s global partnerships strategy. You will bring structure, visibility, and alignment across regions and domains, ensuring partnerships are prioritised, governed effectively, and deliver tangible business value. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and engagement. You will help build and drive momentum across our global partnership landscape.
What You’ll Do
- Drive global partnerships execution, integrating workstreams into a single, tracked plan aligned to FY27 priorities
- Establish governance and operating discipline, ensuring alignment with the Partnerships Policy and Framework
- Build and manage the Partnerships Hub as the single source of truth for partnership assets, sales plays, and case studies
- Align global priorities with regions and domains, supporting clear decisions on where to invest, scale, or deprioritise
- Own MI and reporting, delivering clear executive visibility across pipeline, revenue, investment, and progress
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in partnerships, alliances, strategy, or business operations within consulting or financial services
- Demonstrable experience of Sales and working with C-suite/Partner level stakeholders
- Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams effectively
- Ability to drive alignment across diverse stakeholders and geographies
- Experience building structured processes, governance frameworks, and reporting mechanisms
- Colloborating with Marketing on campaigns, events and partnership communications
Bonus Points For
- Experience working with global partnership ecosystems or alliance programmes
- Experience of supporting Partnerships such as Hyperscalers, ISVs, Data and AI platforms as well as Domain Partnerships
- Familiarity with pipeline tracking, reporting tools, or CRM platforms
- Exposure to financial services or consulting environments
- Experience building internal knowledge hubs or shared platforms
