About the Division

THG Media is responsible for creating content that grows audiences and then monetizing these eyeballs and communities through advertisement. The brands within this division produce content across a number of verticals (News, Classifieds, Beauty, Fitness, Film & TV) and connects the right advertisers to a connected user base.

The Partner Success Manager is responsible for cultivating and managing strong relationships with our partner ecosystem, driving mutual growth, and maximizing partnership value. This role is pivotal in ensuring partner satisfaction and achieving business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of our business, and a proven track record of building and maintaining successful partnerships.

Responsibilities:

Partner Relationship Management:

  • Develop and execute strategic partnership plans aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for partners, providing timely and effective support.
  • Proactively identify and address partner needs and challenges.

Partnership Performance and Growth:

  • Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Collaborate with Ingenuity Customer Success teams to identify partner upsell opportunities for Ingenuity customers.
  • Work closely with the Business Development team to introduce partner tools to new business customers.
  • Track and report on key partnership KPIs and ROI.

Partner Enablement and Marketing:

  • Develop and deliver effective partner enablement programs.
  • Ensure partners have a deep understanding of our products and services.
  • Collaborate with partners to build co-marketing calendars.
  • Work with the Ingenuity B2B marketing team to oversee the execution of partner marketing activities, in line with contractual agreements.

Commercial Marketing:

  • Build and own the commercial marketing rate-cards.
  • Work with the Ingenuity B2B Marketing team to identify new ways to monetize our B2B Marketing activities.
  • Work with partners to submit joint-awards applications and build up THG’s industry accolades.

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Effectively communicate partnership updates and successes to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Foster strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in partner management or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of partnership ecosystems and the technology industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in using CRM and partner management tools.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
