Microsoft Partner Sales Manager 

Location: UK (preferably London) 

Role Overview:  

The Microsoft Partner Sales Manager will be responsible for driving the growth of the EMEA pipeline and revenue sourced from the Microsoft partnership. This will be achieved through consistent engagement with the field organization and programmatic engagement with existing field contacts, as well as establishing new connections with field sales, marketing, and business development teams. The role will also involve aligning Nasuni’s inside and field teams with Microsoft to drive account-level engagement and support the execution of strategic initiatives as part of the overall business plan.  

Responsibilities:  

  • Drive Pipeline and Revenue: Exceed EMEA Partner pipeline sourced via Microsoft and closed-won opportunities in joint engagements. 
  • Develop Relationships: Cultivate, build and nurture strong relationships with Microsoft sellers and key decision-makers across Energy, Manufacturing, Automotive, and Media verticals in the EMEA region. Collaborate closely with Microsoft field teams to ensure Nasuni’s solutions are well-integrated into the vertical-specific strategies and co-sell initiatives. 
  • Account-Level Engagement: Own the mapping of new seller relationships and connect them to Nasuni’s RSMs, and AMs. 
  • Enablement & Awareness: Provide in-region training and enablement to drive awareness of Nasuni to seller and Azure Core Specialist teams 
  • GTM/Demand Gen Execution: Collaborate with Marketing to plan and execute the sell-to events and activities. Create demand generation regional plans, owning the sales KPIs for these activities. 
  • Regional Execution Plans: Develop regional execution plans in partnership with Nasuni PSMs, mapping key partner and channel partner activities to Nasuni regional priorities. 
  • Sales Escalation: Manage regional sales escalations effectively. 
  • Partner Sales Collaboration: Drive alignment between Microsoft and Nasuni’s regional channel partners (e.g., Cloud Migration Partners, VARs, RSIs, GSIs) to execute joint GTM and account-level strategies. Support partner recruitment and collaboration with Channel Manager 

 Qualifications: 

  • Direct experience working at a partner with Microsoft in a co-sell model with key sales influencers to execute sales programs  
  • Experience working in the Microsoft field organization is a plus 
  • Proven track record of success building field relationships across multiple leadership teams to expand awareness to achieving sales quota 
  • Experience and understanding of a channel + hyperscaler sales model 
  • Demonstrable knowledge of the public cloud and storage technology segments 
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time 
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
