This role will be key in advancing our partner program. It will support the EMEA partner team and partners while building a model that scales for our rapidly growing partner ecosystem. This role requires strong strategic planning, communication, project management, relationship-building, and execution skills. Additionally, it requires the ability to build relationship and be a trusted advisor and work cross-functionally to accelerate the delivery of company-wide revenue results.
Duties and Essential Responsibilities
- Align with Five9 partner team on top EMEA partners, sales objectives, and marketing goals.
- Become the trusted marketing advisor for Five9 partner team and partners.
- Build, launch, and measure the success of top EMEA partner marketing plans
- Support and manage partner marketing calendar.
- Define goals and measure and optimize success with the field marketing team
- Led and launch EMEA partner comms and social media strategy
- Develop and launch communication tactics to help get partners engaged and scale support.
- Successfully manage and execute high-volume partner marketing requests.
- Build and promote Five9 Win Announcements and Case Studies
- Build and launch partner engagement strategies with regional partners to help drive active use of the Five Partner Portal, Five9 University for Partner Sales Certifications, the Five9 Partner Amplify webinar, and attendance at Five9 events.
- Full budget profit loss responsibilities: Submit and manage invoices, new vendor set-up forms, & reconciliation.
- Reinforcing brand standards and guidelines.
- Assist with Five9 event sponsorships – recruiting, contracting, and invoicing.
Requirements
- 4-7+ years of partner operations, sales, and/or marketing job experience.
- Proven track record of developing, executing, and optimizing channel partner marketing plans and co-branded content and campaigns.
- Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team atmosphere.
- Data-driven marketing professional with expertise in Excellent organization, time management, strong project management skills, and the ability to multi-task and meet critical deadlines.
- Strategic thinker with understanding and experience in managing complex partner ecosystem
- Enjoys relationship building with a focus on partner experience.
- Experience with partner events and promotions to drive awareness product leads.
- Able to travel 15% of the time.
