  • Develop and own partner-led go-to-market plans aligned to customer challenges, target markets, and CDW sales priorities
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities across security and data protection solutions, including upsell, cross-sell, and net-new business
  • Analyse market trends, customer pain points, and competitive positioning to shape strategy and uncover new growth opportunities
  • Enable and support sales and pre-sales teams through training, guidance, and clear partner messaging
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partner stakeholders, including senior and executive-level contacts
  • Promote and operationalise partner programs such as deal registration, rebates, and incentives to maximise profitability
  • Lead joint business planning with partners, including defining priorities, investments, and success metrics
  • Collaborate closely with the wider partner management and specialist teams to drive consistent growth across the security category
  • Ensure alignment between CDW, partner, and customer objectives to deliver effective and scalable solutions
  • Own and maintain relevant partner accreditations and certifications across UK and international markets
  • Track performance against revenue, profitability, and strategic KPIs, ensuring delivery against agreed targets

What we expect of you

  • Proven experience in partner management, business development, or sales within the IT, Cyber Security, or Data Protection space
  • Strong understanding of Cyber Security and/or Data Protection solutions and how they address customer challenges
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage strategic partner relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Commercially driven with the ability to translate technology solutions into business value and revenue outcomes
  • Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies and business plans
  • Confident communicator with strong presentation and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and contribute as part of a high-performing team
  • Comfortable engaging with senior and executive stakeholders
  • Passion for technology, innovation, and continuous learning within the Cyber Security and Data Protection landscape
