We are strategic, collaborative, and solutions-oriented

About the right team member

You’re not afraid to cold call someone or strike up a conversation with someone you just met. You are always coming up with ways to think outside the box, whether it’s crafting a rockin’ pitch deck, a win-win proposal, or finding a creative way to win prospects face-to-face!

Our Partnerships team is the key to ClassPass' success. We wouldn't exist without our amazing fitness and wellness partners. You will identify potential studios and venues to work with, pitching them the value of joining our platform and network while building supply density in selected areas and filling your prospects pipeline in creative and fun ways!

This person must be fluent in French.

About the role

  • Research, prospect, and onboard new studio, gym, and wellness partners in target areas to expand ClassPass’ geographic footprint.
  • Utilize online and offline tools to build and manage your pipeline in Salesforce.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach to face-to-face meetings, relationship-building, and closing deals.
  • Tailor partnership proposals to meet the specific needs and goals of both prospects and ClassPass, while skillfully handling objections.
  • Develop and share innovative, fun approaches to connecting and building relationships with potential partners across the team.
  • Consistently meet and exceed daily KPIs and monthly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support broader company initiatives.

Skills & experience

  • MUST be fluent in French and English.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales with a proven track record of achieving high standards and top performance.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and maintain attention to detail.
  • An effective negotiator who is driven by achieving results.
  • Excellent communication skills and the confidence to engage with a wide range of people, both in English and Spanish.
  • A genuine curiosity about people and local businesses, with the ability to inspire enthusiasm in others.
  • A natural problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
  • Resilience, with the ability to overcome objections and challenges, coupled with a willingness to learn and grow through feedback.
  • A positive, inventive mindset with a drive to succeed and a love for friendly competition.
  • Proficiency in tools such as CRM systems (Salesforce), Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Keynote, and others.
