The Role

The Paid Social Manager will be responsible for the planning, execution and optimisation of social media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat and YouTube. Working with substantial budgets, the Manager will be confident in budgetary management as well as working with creative teams to develop and deliver effective and best-in-class paid social campaigns, to drive ROI and customer acquisition. The Paid Social Manager will also analyse performance of campaigns, and make recommendations based on findings.

This person will be working closely with a Paid Social Executive, who will be responsible for supporting the Manager in delivery of campaigns.

Responsibilities:

· Developing, pitching and management of multi-platform paid social plans to drive commercial performance and brand growth.

· Reporting performance vs target and driving continuous strategy change.

· Working collaboratively with our outreach team to optimise the recruitment of influencer assets and paid social repurposing.

· Continuous suggestions of optimisations for campaigns to agreed ROI targets.

· Working with our in-house design team to deliver best in class assets.

· Work effectively with wider marketing teams to ensure paid social plans are delivered impactfully.

Skills:

· An expert in Paid Social, proven track record of managing paid activity for brand(s)

· Experience working with Facebook Business Manager and TikTok Ads Manager

· Confident analysing large data sets and drawing insights to improve performance

· Passionate and interested in the beauty sector

· Positive in nature, able to both develop and get the best out of those around them

· Ability to think both creatively and commercially
