As a Paid Search Executive, you’ll:

- Bid Adjustments & Strategy Testing
- Performance Reporting (Weekly & Monthly)
- Feed Optimisation
- Google & Microsoft Partnership Management
- Strategic & Collaborative Projects (Digital marketing, ecommerce trading)
- Keyword & Copy Research (With SEO)
- Paid Search Management (Driving commercial returns, £1m+ monthly budgets)
- Campaign Optimisation (Test & learn approach across European & International markets)
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting (Communicating insights to stakeholders)
- Account Structure & Innovation (Optimisation for experimentation)
- Stakeholder Coordination (Ad copy, tag implementation, reporting)
What skills and experience do I need for this role?
- 1-2 years of experience in Paid search or online search marketing is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and reporting tools like Google Analytics.
- Excellent communication skills for delivering insights and recommendations to diverse stakeholders.
- High attention to detail with proficient data analysis and interpretation skills.
- Ability to thrive under pressure, prioritise a varied workload, and meet tight deadlines.
- A proactive mindset with a "can-do" attitude, adapting to shifting priorities.
- Capability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Interest in the health and fitness industry is a plus.
