Position Summary
As an Opex Specialist, you will play a key role in optimizing our factory processes, driving efficiency, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement using Lean methodologies. As part of the Operations team, with a functional reporting line to Operations Excellence, you will:
Your Role
- Lead continuous improvement activities using Lean 2.0 methodology.
- Coordinate and prioritize Kaizen initiatives to meet department objectives and budget.
- Collaborate in designing new processes and optimizing existing ones.
- Develop and implement standards and procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Provide training on Lean tools, ensuring alignment with Lean 2.0 principles.
- Challenge and support teams to drive continuous improvement, promoting cultural change in line with the Aptiv vision.
Your Background:
- A Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Lean methodologies and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
- The ability to thrive in a global work environment.
- High energy, motivation, and a drive for excellence.
- Fluency in English (mandatory).
