THE ROLE: 

Join a central Ops team that keeps Genius running smoothly - empowering our teams to focus on what they do best: driving the business forward.

As an Operations Specialist (Fixtures Operations), you will play a senior role within the Fixtures Operations team, reporting directly to the Lead Operations Specialist (Fixtures Operations). You will be a key driver of operational excellence, identifying gaps across products and processes and turning insights into scalable, long-term improvements.

WHAT WILL YOU DO:

• Drive operational excellence within Fixtures Operations by identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement, and delivering scalable solutions.
• Plan, contribute to, and deliver ad-hoc projects aligned with evolving business needs.
• Design, implement, and embed process improvements, including increasing Automation & AI Adoption across the Fixtures Operations domain.
• Partner closely with Product and Engineering to support product development, new product discovery, and operational requirements.
• Design, document, and maintain operational processes and a centralised knowledge hub for Fixtures Operations.
• Build strong relationships with Fixtures Operations leadership and key stakeholders, presenting and justifying operational and product needs.
• Produce and deliver regular and ad-hoc reporting, insights, and detailed operational analysis.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

• Experience in process design, implementation, and continuous improvement within an operational environment.
• Programming and scripting languages used to support automation.
• A strong understanding of Operational Excellence principles, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to lead projects end-to-end, from discovery through execution.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to identify waste and drive effective mitigation strategies.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, accessible content,
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams at all levels of the organisation.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

IT WILL BE A BONUS IF YOU KNOW:

• Lean Six Sigma theory and error-proofing methodologies.
• Experience delivering operational training or maintaining structured knowledge bases.
