The Trainee Analyst will play a key role in supporting operational, regulatory and MGA operations activities across the organization. The role will support both new program onboarding and program renewals by collecting and reviewing due‑diligence materials, collaborating with Underwriting and Claims functions and supporting the development and enhancements ofdashboards to optimize data analytics and regulatory returns.
The Trainee Analyst will also support ongoing operational activities throughout each program’s lifecycle, helping to coordinate work across different teams and contributing to continuous process improvements and strong data quality. The Analyst role provides critical support in due diligence, data management, committee preparation, ongoing oversight, and audit coordination. This position plays a key role in maintaining operational discipline, data integrity, and control standards across the MGA portfolio, while contributing to continuous improvement, automation, and the efficiency of the MGA operating model.
ResponsibilitiesThe trainee analyst will support the team in the following:
Support the new programme onboarding process, including gathering data, completing due diligence, and assisting with underwriting and claims queries.
Ensure all new Delegated Authority relationships meet SCOR’s DA policy requirements and evolving regulatory standards.
Coordinate the scheduling, scoping, and follow‑up activities for third‑party reviews during onboarding.
Liaise with Underwriters, transversal functions, outsourced partners, and other stakeholders to gather required inputs for programme approval.
Support preparation of operational and regulatory returns linked to programme set‑up.
Support the maintenance of programmes through monitoring audits, SCORCards, EGPI processes, and bordereaux management.
Ensure adherence to delegated authority/MGA policies and internal controls.
Generate reporting to support day‑to‑day management of MGA operational activities.
Gather data requirements for BAU operations and committee reporting.
Assist in advancing automation and process efficiencies across the MGA portfolio.
Contribute to the renewal process through due diligence updates, data validation, and support to underwriting and claims.
Ensure renewed delegated authority relationships remain compliant with policy and regulatory expectations.
Perform additional tasks and activities necessary to support the effective running of MGA Operations.
Required Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Business related discipline, or equivalent qualifications
