Operations Finance Manager
Location - Manchester

As our Operations Finance Manager, you will support manufacturing performance across Lonza’s global network. You will help create clear, consistent insights that drive better decisions, strengthen operational visibility, and support strategic initiatives.

What you will do:

• Consolidate and analyze global manufacturing performance and deliver clear, actionable insights.
• Improve Group Operations Finance dashboards in partnership with Digital Finance and key stakeholders.
• Coordinate the Group Operations monthly closing deck and prepare executive summaries.
• Work closely with Divisional Operations Controllers and Operational Excellence teams to align performance measures.
• Drive standardization of operational reporting and KPI structures across the global network.
• Provide financial guidance to Centers of Excellence on strategy and operational improvements.

What we are looking for:

• Strong experience in financial controlling in manufacturing or operations.
• Solid proficiency with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and data-visualization tools.
• Advanced financial modeling and variance-analysis skills.
• Ability to turn complex operational data into clear, executive-ready messages.
• Strong influencing skills and comfort working across teams without direct authority.
• Self-directed, organized, and able to deliver results independently.
