Callaway Golf Europe is excited to offer a fantastic new opportunity to join our Operations team as an Operations EWM Analyst based in Swindon.

Work Arrangement: This position is site based at our Manufacturing and Distribution Centre in South Marston Business Estate, Swindon (SN3).

The Operations EWM Analyst will join us on a full time, permanent basis, and in return you will receive a competitive salary of up to £45,000.00 per annum depending on experience, alongside a great range of benefits, including:

About the Role
The Operations EWM Analyst will support operational teams in their daily use of SAP, acting as the first point of contact for system queries and helping ensure systems align with how processes run on site. Acting as a link between Operations, IT and Continuous Improvement, you will analyse operational data, identify opportunities to improve processes, and support testing, training and user adoption. You will play a key role in driving operational improvement initiatives across the business, while also supporting the distribution centre’s transition to a new system, coordinating activities with operational teams, supporting testing (UAT), gathering feedback and helping ensure a smooth implementation and go-live.

About You
The Operations EWM Analyst will be well-organised and proactive individual who enjoys problem-solving, improving processes, and working closely with operational teams. You will be comfortable communicating with both operational users and technical teams and able to identify opportunities to improve efficiency through systems, processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Essential:

  • Experience with SAP ECC, EWM (including legacy and S/4 environments), or a similar ERP system in an operational environment
  • Understanding of operational or supply chain processes
  • Experience supporting or participating in continuous improvement initiatives
  • Working knowledge of Lean principles and their practical application
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Desirable:

  • Exposure to Power BI or similar reporting tools
  • Experience supporting system implementations, upgrades, or change projects.
  • Experience in logistics, manufacturing, distribution or supply chain operations
