The role

In this role you will support the business by designing, delivering, maintaining and supporting system and process changes. These will range from strategic and tactical initiatives to essential change requests. You will play a key role in ensuring Bupa’s vision is translated into an efficient, beneficial and robust customer centric solution.

You’ll help us make health happen by

  • Successful delivery of a portfolio of business changes that are subject to Agile methodology
  • Responsible for successful solution delivery and implementation into UK Insurance Operations of assigned project or initiative
  • Designing the simplest, most cost-effective solutions
  • Provide the relevant level of information for training or briefing purposes and will sign off that the material is fit for purpose for the target audience they are representing
  • Engages the appropriate functional specialist areas to ensure an initiative complies with internal policies, standards, external legal and that regulatory requirements are considered
  • Ensuring clear communication is maintained with business stakeholders
  • Where problems are identified, liaise with business functions and deliver solutions
  • Maintain accurate and current project and initiative operational trackers

Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role

  • Demonstrate strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Some experience of working in a change or project management environment
  • An understanding of Agile and Lean methodology
  • Possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • An understanding of managing complex multi-functional service delivery operations
  • Be able to work to specific deadlines either on your own or as part of a team
