- Proven working experience and deep understanding of ElasticSearch or Opensearch
- Background in RDBMS (MySQL / PostgreSQL/ Oracle / SQL Server / etc).
- Experience of at least 4+ years with ElasticSearch / OpenSearch performance, design, and scale .
- Coding experience and understanding of code and software environment.
- Experience and understanding of cloud environments and tools
- Experience in leading projects, POCing different technologies and rolling out new solutions to the production environment.
- Great skills of seeing a big picture and system architecture planning.
- Team player, egoless, strong communication skills, and empathy.
- Degree in Computer Science (not a must; we're always looking for super talented people).
