We are thrilled to market for an experienced National Account Manager to take ownership of key customer relationships across the UK, with responsibility for driving growth across the full Diversey cleaning chemical range. This is a high-impact, commercially focused role, working with senior-level stakeholders and strategic customers to deliver long-term value and sustainable growth.

The Role

As National Account Manager, you will build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with senior decision-makers and influencers across an assigned portfolio of key and strategic customer accounts. You will identify, develop and close new business opportunities, increasing customer engagement and revenue through tailored solutions from the Diversey portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and develop relationships with senior-level decision-makers across key customer accounts
  • Drive growth across the entire Diversey cleaning chemical portfolio, identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities
  • Proactively identify, develop and close new sales opportunities within existing and new accounts
  • Increase revenue per account by aligning customer needs with Diversey’s products and solutions
  • Raise the profile and value of Diversey’s offering through consultative, insight-led engagement
  • Lead regular customer review, status and strategy meetings with senior stakeholders
  • Translate customer needs into clear commercial strategies and long-term account plans

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in account management or relationship-led B2B sales
  • Strong track record of developing senior-level customer relationships
  • Commercially driven mindset with experience growing revenue within complex accounts
  • Ability to identify customer needs and link them to product and service strategies
  • Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable operating in a UK-wide, field-based role
  • Flexibility with UK travel
  • A full UK driving license
