About The Role

To create work that’s high quality, on brand, on brief, and on deadline. You’re someone who is excited by the creative industry and you want to learn from those around you. You’re able to get stuck into a project and support the people above you to deliver the best work possible. You collaborate with the wider teams in a way that elevates the perception of Studios across the business. 


Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Work on creative campaigns and design in collaboration with brand, marketing, production and art-working. 
  • Ensure all of the work you create is idea driven, high-quality, on brand, on brief, on strategy, and meets the deadline. 
  • Support your CL and CD team where needed. 
  • Able to take feedback and make amends accordingly. 
  • Consistently developing your skills. 
  • Adhere to brand guidelines. 
  • Create strong relationships with brand / marketing. 
  • Follow Studio’s systems and processes. 
  • Attend relevant creative or client meetings leading when necessary. 
  • Communicate effectively. 
  • Effectively present proposals and pitches stakeholders and external clients. 
  • Work at pace and be reactive when needed. 
  • Make sure the work you create has been QC’d by you and your CL or CD. 
  • Be collaborative and build strong relationships - be a role model for your team and Studios. 
  • Work smarter through workflow, process, efficiency and time management. 
  • Responsible for helping positively impact the Studio’s reputation inside and outside of THG. 
  • Be an example of Studio’s values. 
  • Keep up to date with the industry and the sector you’re working within. 
  • Be proactive and organised. 
  • Continually look to improve your own skillset. 
  • Responsible for meeting your own personal objectives and KPIs agreed with your line manager.
