Bupa Place, Salford Quays

Full Time (37.5 hours per week)

Flexible working options – 2 days in the office

Role:

An exciting opportunity for a creative and versatile Creative Designer to join our dynamic
inhouse B2B design team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast paced, thriving inhouse design studio based in
Manchester. We’re looking for a creative, innovative, get-up-and-go Designer ready to get
stuck into this creative varied role.

As a Creative Designer within our inhouse studio you will work closely with our Midweight Designers and Creative Lead, you will play a pivotal role in crafting compelling, innovative, and on-brand communications that resonate with senior HR professionals, brokers, and employees, effectively showcasing the value of Bupa. Your responsibilities will encompass a diverse range of tasks, spanning both online and offline creative assets. You will be tasked with interpreting various briefs from colleagues across the organisation, translating them into captivating visuals and messaging.

What you'll do:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualise and execute design solutions that align with our business objectives.

• Develop and maintain the Bupa style and branding consistency across all marketing materials such as presentations for pitch, event assets to digital web banners, emails and bulletins.

• Create compelling, on-brand visuals, including emails (no coding required), static graphics,
motion graphics/animations, and video edits.

• Stay informed on design trends and innovative solutions, constantly seeking opportunities to optimise our workflow and maintain a market-leading position. Show a strong interest in the latest AI tools, inspiring both the team and the wider business.

• Handle multiple projects simultaneously, managing design tasks from concept to completion.

What you'll need:

• 4 years + in house or agency design experience

• Proven experience in graphic design and animation with a strong portfolio
showcasing relevant work.

• Proficient in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premier Pro,
Figma and PowerPoint.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to liaise clearly with key stakeholders and
present ideas both written and verbally across a number of different functional areas.

• Passion for creativity, design innovation, and a commitment to delivering impactful
marketing materials.

• Highly self-motivated and able to initiate activity with minimal guidance.

• A creative ideas person, comfortable with a blend of print and digital applications and
experience across a number of design principles.

• Passionate about continuous learning and embracing opportunities.
