You will oversee a team with responsibility for coordinating, executing, and controlling data management, reporting and analytical support for the business. How you will contribute
You will:
- In partnership with senior leadership and Global KPI owners , design and drive the adoption of KPIs in relation to safety, quality, engagement and plant performance.
- Define, lead & communicate the IL6S roadmap for the Marlbrook site, with focus on key deliverables in each pillar.
- Develop training and coaching sessions to others on the IL6S roadmap.
- Be responsible for alignment/escalations stakeholders onsite.
- Own KPIs & Tools standards documentation, audits and change management process
- Be the point of contact, escalation and resolution; 'knocking down' any barriers to success or progress.
- Drive people development & engagement.
What you will bring
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:
- IL6S/RTS or continuous improvement project experience
- Problem Solving through collaborative working.
- Experience in AM/PM, 5S, E&T and Centre lining IL6S principals & visualization tools
- Proven experience in people engagement and development.
- Business acumen
- Creativity, positivity and a positive approach to change.
